Annah Feinberg writes and draws, often at the very same time. She's currently developing an adult animated show for Showtime, as well as other TV and film projects, both animated and not. For two years, she drew self-portrait cartoons @memyselvesand. Now she turns shapes into humanoid creatures @shapelies. Annah's humor writing and cartoons have been featured in The New Yorker, McSweeney's and The Hairpin, and her short films "Gretch and Tim" and "Balloon Room" enjoy floating around the internet. She was script coordinator on I Love Dick, writers assistant on Arrested Development, Flaked, and Damien, and assistant to the Veep on Veep. Before moving to LA to pursue screenwriting, Annah was a playwright and dramaturg; her plays were developed and produced by Ars Nova, Naked Angels, EBE Ensemble, The Blank, and Clubbed Thumb, and she served in artistic and literary capacities for The Civilians, LCT3, MTC, Steppenwolf, Northlight, TimeLine and 13P.  She has an MFA in Dramaturgy from Columbia University and a BFA in Theater Studies from the University of Illinois, and is a founding member of The Kilroys. Before all that, she was a child who wrote and drew, often at the very same time.
